The student is able to understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of expertise that are especially relevant to him/her (basic information about himself/herself and his/her family, shopping, places of interest, occupations, etc.)

B1: 

The student is able to understand the main points of clear standard language texts if they deal with issues that are familiar to him/her, whether in work, study or leisure situations.

B2:

The student is able to understand the main ideas of complex texts dealing with both concrete and abstract topics, even if they are of a technical nature as long as they are within his/her field of specialization. 

C1:

Level C1 corresponds to proficient users of the language who can carry out complex work and learning tasks.

C2:

The C2 qualification shows the world that you have mastered the language to an extremely high level. It proves that you can communicate easily and fluently with native speakers.
